2010 North Apache Booster Station-  Construction of a new booster station for STPUD. 



Lead Safe Tahoe City of South Lake Tahoe Housing and Rehabilitation-  Lead paint hazard reduction for an apartment complex. 

South Tahoe Industrial Park Phase 3-  Construction of a new 1200 square foot office.

Christmas Valley Erosion Control Project 2B-  Erosion control project including new storm drain and Articulated Block Channel for Eldorado County DOT

South Tahoe Refuse Truck Parking Facility-  Construction of 4 new buildings including a tire shop and wash rack.

South Tahoe High School- Grading and drainage for the new tennis courts

South Tahoe High School- All sitework and utility scopes for the "Overcrowded Relief Grant Building"

South Tahoe Refuse- Construction of a new 32,000 square foot "green waste building".

South Tahoe Industrial Park Phase 2-  Construction of a new subdivision, all utilities, a new access road and 3 new buildings.  Including a 5200 square foot building for an electrical wholesale business.

High Sierra Towing- Construction of a new metal building. 

Building Retrofit and New utility placement- Western Nevada Supply South Lake Tahoe Branch.

South Upper Truckee Well #3 and Luther Pass Pump Station Seismic Upgrade- Seismic upgrade of the existing Luther Pass Pump Station.  Construction of a new well control facility and corrosion control treatment system for South Tahoe Public Utility District.

Curb and Gutter Replacement- Light House Shores in Tahoe Keys.

Installation of Rail Track and Concrete Slab Repair- South Tahoe Refuse Material Recovery Facility  

New Animal Shelter- El Dorado County Department of General Services

Concrete Slab Repair and new Retaining Wall-  Heavenly Ski Resort

Fuel Facility Improvements- City of South Lake Tahoe

Angora Fire Emergency Repair- for South Tahoe Public Utility District

Fox Gas Station- Site work and improvements

New Campground- Meeks Bay Resort for The United States Forest Service

Portable Classroom- Lake Tahoe Unified School District Sierra House Elementary
